      It's all fun and games until you become upper store management

      Pros

      BMR+ discount is awesome, 50% off. Other than that, I'm having a hard time thinking of pros.

      Cons

      District managers are unprofessional, stores are under-supported, high turn-over rate. Some stores will go months without a store manager and no real action is taken to fill open positions. Bonuses for all levels of employees got taken away. Half the time the employee discount is equal to or less than promotions. Upper management will take advantage of you, and the pay is hardly worth it.

      Fun place to work for a part time job if you love fashion, and helping style customers. Decent discount.

      Cons

      Not able to work full time hours. High expectations from upper management with no sales incentives. No room for advancement, with the small staff.
