You learn how to manage a business due the staff not being over six people unless you're understaffed which my location was.

Cons

Low employee discount They give bonuses to the Managers & Assistant Managers even though they don't put in any work to help meet stores goal. The pay is $1-2 more than minimum wage and the work you put in is not compensated.

- Visual freedom (somewhat) - Small staff - Good retail experience

Cons

- Fixtures are either broken or dangerous - Last minute communication - Daily rotations of the same sales - New customer service" model is not genuine and seems to alienate guests - Clothing quality (zippers breaking or getting stuck, buttons popping off) - "Clutter-crazy" merchandising - Product selection seems to be for a customer ranging between 14-40 - Randomly inappropriate items for kids but a large percentage of traffic is 16 and under

Cons

No work life balance unless you consider lack of hours given to work. Corporate help forget about it. Not enough DM's or Boutique Managers. Too many stores.
