The expectations for the company are ridiculous. The pay is not well and they expect you to sell like crazy even though there is no commission set aside for it. Makes absolutely no sense.

Good employee discount on their clothing. The amount of creative freedom in this company was amazing.

Cons

The company does not seem to care much about quality of life. You are expected to work overtime without getting paid for it, which is completely illegal, however the company gives you attitude if you decline to work over your 40.

Flexibility to recruit and hire own team. Creativity is allowed with merchandising. Great discount. Incentive to BMR and ABM for making sales plan. Good training programs are available for your teams. A lot of resources are available to give you the tools to run your business.

Cons

Lots of weekends required. Company changing mind every week of expectations. Not able to offer employees a large enough hourly wage to new hires. This causes high turn over. Must always been recruiting.
