-corporate can't make up its mind which concepts it wants to focus on.
-scheduling is always inconsistent; extremely long shifts for some, and ridiculously short shifts for others.
-corporate adds a promotion, takes it away, brings it back, changes it, takes it away again, etc.
-The Promise is extremely forced and annoying to both guests & employees.
-Getting stuck with returns from other locations is infuriating. Get a better system already.
-Daily plans are often ridiculously high (compared to LY) and unobtainable.
-If we don't make plan, it's our fault. always. no matter what. If the store was under ten feet of water, corporate would tell us to go buy some life boats and diving gear. And to execute the Promise clearly through our scuba masks..
