Pros
Manager and coworkers are really great. It’s also a smaller store so it never really gets too overwhelming. Some customers are really great as well. Overall it is a pretty laid back environment.
Cons
I don’t think the pay is something you can survive off of long term. It’s more of a stepping stone job in my opinion if your still in college or until you find something better. It is retail so you never really have a consistent schedule every week and there are some customers who can be rude and difficult. I think the company as a whole also lacks proper policies and creates a huge gray area due their belief in always helping the customer. This is not a wrong belief. However, I believe it creates confusion and goes against some policies they do have in place.
