      Pros

      The only pro was that my in store team was amazing

      Cons

      .Terrible pay .No compensation for mall closures (nothing to do with the store) .No raises like they claim within the first year .Sick? Tough, better come to work. Snowed in? Better find a shovel. They cared more about you making them money than they did about your well-being.

      Pros

      I loved the flexibility of my boss scheduling me according to free time with my college work.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a very serious job and sometime my boss would make me go up to guests and keep askign them questions right when they walk in the door.
