If you love to gaslight colleagues and gossip this is the company for you. From the store level to the corporate level it was sink or swim with no assistance, but lots of shame and guilt dumped on me by incompetent upper management. Customers are nasty, entitled, and rude. When a store is doing well, sales goals go through the roof so that you'll never earn a bonus again!

I really enjoyed working at this boutique! Customers and co-workers were great. It beats working at a bigger retail store.

Cons

It’s very sales heavy (as expected with all retail jobs) You just have to make sure you’re hitting your sales targets! This is a great job for someone who is a natural at making sales / a people person. However on the benefits side. Not a very good discount to be honest, only 30% however there are times when it increases due to store sales. I felt at this boutique there were opportunities for growth, but I think it depends at the location you’re at.
