Pros

On time payments, staff travel system. Roster published on time! Car park facilities. Not much more to add to be honest!

Cons

European airline, but still too English in the thinking process, no capability to adapt to other cultures. Contracts are good only in those countries where the Unions fight for it! The same job title has a big difference in salary depending on where you are based.

Cons

Very flat organisation structure and this sometimes makes it difficult for career progression.

Pros

Made to feel very welcome from the start, nice people to work with. Talking to other people who have been at the company for 15 years - and to me that speaks for itself meaning they treat there staff well. Management are approachable, glad I got the job. Opportunities for career progression

Cons

There are some very immature processes and some dis-organisation , but I place this down to bad management
