-The flat structure means there are no shortage of opportunities to work with senior leaders, show your talent and make an impact -The culture is incredibly fun, warm and informal. Status and hierarchy doesn't really hold much weight here. -It's a really exciting place to work- there is always something new happening! -Share schemes are really good in my opinion

Cons

The lean structure means that some teams are overstretched- this can be stressful for staff at times Working here is incredibly manic so it doesn't suit everyone

excellent staff travel overall a great company to work for, relaxed!

Cons

Dont do them any favours because they will never ever ever do you one base management is pathetic, very clicky!!! vile uniform, everyone looks messy because the uniform standards are vague 4 flight days, pretty much every day rare nightstops very rude crew think they are better than everyone else if your face fits you'll get on well, if not be prepared to be shut out
