Pros

In the beginning easyJet would seem to be a really nice place to work. Most people are friendly and approachable.

Cons

Even if you want to do the right thing leadership would not support if you do not know them personally. Company culture is based only on knowing people , so if you are new or from a different cultural background forget about getting anything from the company even if you are a deserving employee. CX level is fine but middle management leadership teams would help only if they know you. Vendor employees are treated very badly. Many old permanent employees although non performing still get whatever they want only as they have been in the company for long and have links to the leadership team.

Average pay after 1 year Great staff travel rates for flights Lots and lots of time off, whilst still getting an average pay. 28 days off for only 12 days annual leave. Get to pick up to 4 guaranteed days off a month, rest auto alocted. Monthly peakon surveys Employee share programmes Staff benefits Progression to anywhere in the company

Cons

Terrible pay during 1st year, barely enough to live off of. High levels of sickness due to the job Sickness frowned upon and final written warnings easily given out. Management try to make a name for themselves Rumours spread easily

Just the classic Cabin Crew job cons. Maybe if you're interested In Spanish bases the fact that they only have 2 could be considered as a con.
