Good salary, flexibility of roster

Cons

The company pretend to care about employees but in reality only sees profit. Those who have sick leave are intimidated and threatened. Management does not accept any negative or constructive reviews. Zero social responsibility. Absolute nightmare regarding payroll and HR. Salaries are ALWAYS wrong. Complete incompetence from payroll and HR teams.

Senior Leadership is non exsistent Lack of direction and poor focus in IT specfically Inability to make decisions Feels like it is only paying lip service to diversity IT service delivery is stuck in the dark ages with far too many egos in the leadership and management team Next to no benefits; no private health care

To this particular airline they excellent in timing,?Hygiene even there service is supermodel whenever you board airline you feel very comfortable like it and l wait to offer such opportunity

Cons

Here are some faceing when working in this airline you must have more attention on work because they are serious in terms duty hours if you're not mindful you can't give much attention to your family and some time it will a bit stressful due to the presure at work.
