the people are very friendly and there is a definite one team approach

the shifts are long and turn around very tight so you have no breaks or time to take a breather during your working day

Great money, lots of flexibility in terms of roster, days off, leaves, unpaid leaves.... Staff travel are Amazing also.

Cons

Can get very busy during summer and this result to a bit of roster changes...
