- very open and available people at all levels (top management included) - engaging environment - good career opportunities - great possibility of building a good network across all departments - social activities - staff benefits

Cons

- headquarters' location (Luton is not really a good place to work, although easyJet's facilities are very good)

Pros

Fantastic exposure to the business and senior leadership, the opportunity to make a real difference to the business by being involved in the delivery of lots of interesting projects. You work very cross-functionally and you never get bored.

Cons

Depends how you see it but you never stick within your job description.
