Empowered employees and constantly innovating ideas. Flexibility to work your own ideas and strive for better. Strong direction from the CEO.

Cons

Fast growing which adds complexity to processes and beurocracy but on the whole this does not get in the way of a company that still works in 'start-up' fashion

Pros

I have had the chance to work in Berlin and Milan and increase my language skills and international experience. easyJet is a fast paced, exciting company to work for with career opportunities that can take you all around Europe.

Cons

I sometimes have to set my alarm clock as early as 3am if I am taking a flight but I think it's worth it for the varied and insightful tasks I cover in my role.
