Great culture and people to work with. Offices have a very good vibe about them and there is access to the Directors of the company and senior management. Very commercial outlook

Cons

Can be quite high pressured at times and it is extremely fast paced. You have to be able to think on your feet and anticipate what may come up. It can be extremely long hours depending on the department that you work in.

The amount of time off can be very nice. Colleagues are fun to work with and it's a relaxed atmosphere on the plane.

Cons

Management are hot on your heels at the slightest hiccup. Passengers can be challenging at times. When you work, you work hard. Hours can be long with little rest between duties.
