Pay good for permanent contract crew . Great managers at base who are let down by the regional and head office managers.

Cons

Very anti social. Hard to get time off when you want. I've missed alot of opportunities in life for the job. Very hard to do if you have children. Easy to get part time, but only on easyJet terms. No flexible work patterns. The operation takes first place most of the time.career progression is very limited unless your in London/ luton

excellent staff travel overall a great company to work for, relaxed!

Cons

Dont do them any favours because they will never ever ever do you one base management is pathetic, very clicky!!! vile uniform, everyone looks messy because the uniform standards are vague 4 flight days, pretty much every day rare nightstops very rude crew think they are better than everyone else if your face fits you'll get on well, if not be prepared to be shut out
