Pros

easyJet has a culture they call the "Orange Spirit". I would say that this is people working together to get the best outcome for the business , solving problems and getting behind a good idea. In some departments that's thriving but not all. A genuinely interesting industry Every day is different Staff discount is a big perk if you're flexible

Cons

Office environment needs improving. Very limited investment in their people. Knowledge is bought in rather than nurtured. Company culture is in decline.
