Pros

- Inclusive employer: They really do encourage you to 'bring yourself to work' as the saying goes. easyJet are also very inclusive in terms of disability also. - Benefits/Staff Travel: Staff travel comes at a very good price. It's also a confirmed ticket. We get other benefits including easyJet Plus privileges; easyJet Holidays credit and hotel discount. Flexible benefits are good too including car leasing; salary sacrifice etc. - Bonus scheme: The bonus is generous though. That alongside the performance shares if the company does well is also a good thing. I feel like I genuinely share in the company's success. - Development: There's always something for you to get involved in. There's always an opportunity to learn more and develop in the role. - Sociable: It's a very warm and sociable environment in my work area. Everybody also supports each other on the job. - Work life balance: There is good work life balance here. I feel that my roster is achievable and that leave is given out fairly.

Cons

- Parental leave: It could be better;

Pros

- Leadership are pragmatic, enabling people to get stuff done and not just talk about it - Investments are made to improve the things that matter to colleagues, such as ways of working, working environment (office refurbs), technology etc. - The attitude and values are lived by the staff in terms of the 'Orange Spirit', I was taken back by the genuine sense of welcome and wanting to help, and pride in working for the organisation - Flexibility with home/life balance - hybrid working and trust in colleagues, (especially helpful as a working parent) - The benefits are great, lovely holiday discounts etc. - It is a very inclusive place of work in terms of LBGTQ+, menopause, health and wellbeing etc. and this has stood out to me since I joined. It fosters a true culture of being yourself and feeling valued as an individual - not just done as a 'tick box' exercise.

Cons

No negatives so far, keep up the good work, easyJet
