Pros

Great bonus for office staff. Canteen is nice and staff who work in there are really friendly.

Cons

High expectations. Low staff morale and high staff turnover in the People Team. It used to be fun working here, but due to the behaviours of the leadership team (constant criticism, rudeness, bullying into doing other people's work, blame culture and lack of appreciation of those who work hard and contribute a lot), it is not a pleasant place to work. Very cliquey. Leadership team promote and give high pay rises to people on the basis of their relationships with them, instead of ability or contribution. They blatantly either ignore, or constantly find fault with people they don't like. Too much manager discretion: Some people work long hours, whereas other people leave the office when they please. The end result is that there are a select few smiley faces but mostly grumpy people who are exhausted and stressed out. Those who refuse to put up with it are managed out, or resign (sometimes with no other job to go to). It is such a shame as we've lost some very talented people in recent months.

Pros

best of a bad bunch

Cons

they demand more than their pound of flesh. FRMS exists in name only. New hires employed on ever decreasing terms.

Pros

You get lots of leave entitlement and cheap staff travel depending on availability. You get free performance shares in the company and the option to buy more.

Cons

Flights are delayed often. Roster changes daily so difficult to have a structured personal life. Passengers can be challenging at times. Very 'gossipy' atmosphere amongst crew. Bullying goes on in the workplace (I know crew that cry themselves to sleep at night and are scared of going into work). Limited progression unless you are based in Luton or Gatwick.

Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. We really appreciate our employees feedback . It is a shame you no longer work here as we would be keen to investigate further the comments you make around bullying, as this is not something we tolerate. Our crew work very hard at the heart of our operation and we recognise that and support them. We wish you every success in your future career.
