Pros

Working at easyJet is really fun. It is a bold and vibrant place to work, they do fun things for their employees. The company is huge, so it's hard to get to know everyone. There is a great environment even in tough moments. It is not for everyone, but if you match the "orange spirit" and type of person they're looking for it is a great place to work. Great to work pan-European.

Cons

Location is tough; if you don't live in the area you will hate the commute, traffic is awful. You have to park in a car park and get a bus to and from the office, so it adds around 10-15 mins to your commute. They work you hard, there's lots of be done and as it's a 24 hour operation and the expectation of work emails being on all the time is there at Head Office, like most large companies.

Pros

Good pay Nice aircraft (very new) Wide variety of routes Most other crew are decent, hard working people

Cons

I worked almost 10 years as a pilot at this company. As with all big organisations, you are just a number. Crewing are not honest with crew and take advantage of those who are new or don't yet have a permanent contract. Lots of buzz words and "thank you emails" which are totally insincere. Disruption is a part of airline life but having the right headcount makes a huge difference. > £500m profit should make having the right headcount possible. Tick in a box mentality to staff welfare and roster fatigue management. Quality of training highly varied and depends who you get on the day.

Cons

cut throat company, you are out if senior managers don't like you, sad and grey work atmosphere in Luton headquarters, no people orientation, no teamwork, no support, poor customer service both internal and external,
