Good company, not for lazy people.

Pros

Commission builds overall pay to livable wages with extra to save, about 9weeks of holiday off if you use all your resources properly. Management are nice, and helpful and you have some control over your work pattern. You get to meet so many amazing people and fly around Europe. And cheap flights for you and 5 other people.

Cons

You can't guarantee when you will finish. I have been delayed and finished 2 hrs late. You don't have assigned breaks it is eat once all passengers are fed but expect to get half way through before you need to do something for a passenger. It is eat and drink when you can. There is a lot of work and you have to keep to strict time management to make sure flights get out and expect to get changed on to different flights either a week or a day before.
