Cons
Returned to a mandatory 3 days in office per week with little flexibility Can burn you out very quickly, even the most resilient suffer with this Constant change without embedding Very hard to deliver anything Very flat line organisation with senior roles difficult to move into as there is no upward movement for people in senior roles to allow tiers to develop into senior roles Culture and values (when your face does not fit) Not a 40 hour a week commitment it's much more that leads to burn out
