Pros

There is a great working culture at Easyjet - that is really people focussed. It comes with decent training, a good support network and the correct equipment to be able to do your job correctly.

Cons

The contracted hours are longer than at my last place, but I am paid for it. I am expected to do no overtime so my hours are not excessive like my last place and the days go quickly when you enjoy the work.
