Good company to work for, really nice people, nice atmosphere, relaxed environment. Nice variety of routes. Staff travel fantastic.

Cons

Pay is perhaps lower than other airlines when starting out.

Pros

Hiring process was really quick and simple. On-boarding was easy and thorough. Induction day was useful, having help setting up all the IT and having a tour of site. Benefits are really good, I wasn't expecting to be able to use most of them from the day of joining

Cons

Because of the discounts I'm going to spend more time on trips/holidays....if that is a downside
