The crew are great, lots of base options (not tied to London!), faster command than other airlines

Cons

Delays, cost-cutting... underpaying ground staff has made the roster very volatile in summer 2023.... very rare that a flight is running on time these days.

Pros

Very dynamic industry means you get exposed to interesting challenges. Strong culture with everyone buying into the orange spirit + flexibility offered way before the pandemic hit and caused companies to offer WFH.

Cons

Challenging environment means the company is exposed to massive headwinds out of their control (Brexit, oil prices, strikes, weather and cost of living squeezes). This can impact your variable pay. Location is awful for retaining talent. After a while, the trek to Luton airport is no longer novel.
