Pros

If you are not so busy, the money difference is pretty big. If you are very busy, the money difference is huge. When factoring in the tech is better than the other brokerages I have worked for, the support I receive is better, I get paid faster, I can make it to a lot more training..and to repeat the most important thing, the money, it is a no brainer for me.

Cons

Can't think of a single one.

The amount and quality of training, the fact that everything is in the cloud so we can login from anywhere, stock incentives, collaboration, coaching, mentoring, amazing support staff and a culture that is unrivaled!
