Exp has a direct and fair system for real estate agents. There is lack of beurocracy and too much extra paperwork and the system is rewarding you with all possible ways. It's a pleasure working for exp that helps me expand and promote my personal brand.

I have not notice something negative yet.

It's a tough model if you are a solo agent. It feels very isolated. eXp world is annoying.
