Collaboration with other agents, revenue share, Building my retirement through the stock and the revenue share programs. Mentoring other agents. Accessibility of leadership and administrative support people. Training is second to none. Ability to build a global business is available to every agent. Grateful to be here

Cons

The website does drop occasionally. It’s the only negative thing I have to say. I know they are working on it.
