Lot of leadership turnover

Remote. Good work life balance. Great peers. Other then that, the pros changed every time we have a change in leadership (3 CTO in 4 years)

Cons

Lot of jobs shipped to India. Low pay. Different departments didnt talk to each other so very hard to get direction on tasks that cross several departments. No SME's on business side since as people continually rotated around.

Pros

Great autonomy and flexibility for experienced Realtors. EXP membership also includes a lot of resources that you would normally pay for separately.

Cons

Not a great sense of comradery. It really just depends on your downline. Not a lot of direct help for new struggling realtors.
