Pros

Autonomy, but there are several brokerages that offer independence. The world is great for networking with agents from other parts of the country and other parts of the work if that is how you choose to use it.

Cons

The push to recruit and build your group of agents underneath you really does make this feel like a MLM marketing scheme - what are you going to do, recruit or be a realtor? The stock is not a big deal for me, I had already bought their stock through my account at Schwab, just know what you are investing in both as an agent and an investor.
