Pros

We work hard and play hard. It is honestly the job in which I’ve felt the most comfortable. In my position, I enjoy a great deal of flexibility. Great benefits. Innovation is valued. The company, in all that I’ve seen, adheres to its core values. The pay is good!

Cons

Widely varying workload. Sometimes it’s nice to be seen? It’s mostly the few variables that are extremely difficult to solve with a remote team model.
