Everyone has been very helpful from leadership to state level to other agents!

Cons

This is hard to find cons. I would say if you feel overwhelmed with the information and systems, take note, and return to them one at a time as you grow in your role, some things you will use everyday, some things you just need to know where to access them when needed.
