Very expansive brokerage to join for new agent !

Pros

They have no bricks and mortar offices. No conference rooms. No place to meet clients. Not like the other real estate brands. if the agent want to use an office he should pay with ( Regus ) !

Cons

Too many cons in the system with eXp especially when you compare it with other brokerages . Agents who work with eXp they just want to hire as much agents to exp so they can share the profit with them !!
