There are lots of ways to generate revenue. I focus primarily on sales, but several of my colleagues have successful additional revenue streams through recruiting, mentoring new agents, and even tapping into the network to offer additional services like coaching.

Cons

If you are a new agent and aren't joining as part of a team it would probably be overwhelming.
