Pros

Great communication, technology, tools and personal website were at my fingertips immediately. Onboarding process was quick and easy. Was switched over and active in just a few days.

Cons

No cons to report...all has been great so far. Had to take a minute to get the new cards ordered but that was exciting as well. Loving the freedom and potential.

Pros

Great cloud based brokerage. Awesome tech and great broker support. Splits are above average and cap is lower then average.

Cons

None with minimal restriction on the agent and lots of training. The agent is free to build there own business as they see fit. The way a brokerage should work.

Pros

They provide top of the line software for their agents. The cloud office makes is too easy for training and meetings. The agents get to acquire stock and ownership. The revenue share program adds income stability and changes lives.

Cons

We are growing fast so there are slight hiccups along the way but management always solves the problems. If I had to have a problem, rapid growth would be it.
