      Pros

      eXp Realty was the second brokerage I joined. I have been with 5 brokerages in my career and ultimately came back because this company is the best in my experience. They have an incentive called ICON agent that will allow you to gain shares in the company. They have many events online and IRL where you can meet other agents and grow as an agent. It is cloud-based, so no extra fees and the commission is 80/20 with a 16k cap. The company uses KV Core as the CRM and its only $85/mo for all of the benefits of being a realtor with the company. Many brokerages do not offer agents the opportunity to cap and require that you pay desk fees, but not eXp. Since its cloud-based do not have to report to an office any time and training can be done on your time, anywhere. There are a plethora of resources on eXp World and someone is always available to help. Lastly, you have FREEDOM! You can market yourself and build your own team. Its like having your own firm within a firm.

      Cons

      It is cloud-based, so unless you join a team, it may be hard to remain motivated. Many of the mentors are not very involved. I wouldn't recommend a new agent join unless they join with a team that can provide the support a new agent would need.

      Great broker to align yourself with

      Pros

      We are provided a lot of of education. The brokera are always available, compliance team is available. The brokerage provides resources and apportunity for growth. The whole culture is great and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of this brokerage. There are always some kind of events going on where agents can meet and network.

      Cons

      I don’t have anything negative to share.

      Freedom, Independence, Your own boss.

      Pros

      Virtual office, I don’t have to attend meetings in person. Lots of online help in a cool virtual world. I feel like I’m playing a video game and you get to select your own avatar and everything. It takes some getting used to. My kids think it’s the coolest.

      Cons

      Can be a little isolating. You are pretty much on your own and need to be a self starter. Probably best for the more seasoned realtor.
