Pros

work from home, good benefits, the work is easy and the hours are very flexible.

Cons

Very corporate, staff is told to stay in their lane and new things are always rolled out to staff without input. Not particularly rewarding work. Lack of transparency. No training or career development there.

Lack of infrastructure to support the business. Questionable leadership. Not allot of opportunities for growth.

No office space, no sense of community, virtual meetings and virtual classes.
