Pros

Supportive work environment from managers, leads, all the way to the top. We are given so many resources, incentives, and everything in between.

Cons

The biggest con for me, is not on eXp directly because the real estate industry is always fluctuating, I was once laid off and asked to come back to the company. There is still always an underlying fear of that happening again however, that can be the case for any job and any position no matter what the field.
