      Plenty of resources and networking opportunities to be successful

      Cons

      Not really a fan of having to use Skyslope as it has been buggy a lot of the time.

      A New Era in Real Estate!

      Pros

      The cloud-based model allows agents to work from anywhere! The opportunity for stock options and revenue sharing is a great to earn and have another way of income.

      Cons

      The lack of in-person interaction might feel isolating for some, especially those who thrive on mentorship and in-office culture but there is SO MUCH online support!!
