Nice tech tools and integration with your CRM. Good network that could be tapped into.

Cons

Everything is ONLINE. No support. No one knows you. The brokers are clueless and just refer you to your local association or to bright for compliance. The fancy tech you are offered is NICKLED and DIMED and their stock is a joke. Recruitment opportunities are there, but really are only for high network and volume agents, not for the inexperienced or newer agent.

Great Company - Poor Executions

Good pay structure Great benefits & PTO Remote work Not Micro managed

Cons

Policies & Procedures change rapidly & often Did a company wide layoff which included my whole department and we were blindsided with no notice it was coming. Being transparent and giving people time to find new positions would have been a much better way to go.
