Great support from management Great split - 80/20 Cap of $16,000 - once you pay eXp Realty through the 20% they receive on each deal, your split then goes to 100% for the rest of the year

Cons

Solo work most of the time No offices unless you join a team, where you split goes down but your lead flow goes up
