      Pros

      work for a high producing medium size team in a luxury market. While our specific team culture is great, I find eXp to be hands off for our team in particular. I have attended few local company functions. The annual conference is exceptional!! I love the financial model at eXp . The leadership is innovative. We are growing and gaining strength across the world. Because the corporate structure is virtual, they can put those brick and mortar costs back into the company. Overall I have been very satisfied with eXp.

      Cons

      The downfall, for me locally, is that eXp is not well known (or much at all). I do wish however, there were allowances from corporate for marketing, or an overall corporate brand initiative to help use get the word out to build credibility in our community, with clients and other brokers.

      Love the flexibility this real estate office has to offer with being remote.

      Cons

      Not as good for brand new agents that want to have hands on training in person.
