The management team leaders have been in training agents and may understand how to grow your team but most of them have never sold a property themselves.
Secondly the focus of the Team Leaders and where they make their money is by signing new agents and the more agents they get the more revenue share they make. The downside to that is that they have no personal connection with the agents and I experienced it first hand. Was just awarded 15th under the top 50 EXP International Producers, but when other companies badmouthed me they didnt even think twice to ask me to leave. So you are again just a number to them and if by any way they feel you may be a risk for growing the agents they kick you out. If they were in real estate they would have focused on helping the agents reaching their full potential.
The Commission splits are great but soon most companies will come along as technology is changing the market.
The virtual world they use to gain more agents have not enhanced my selling at all, and none of the agents in EXP that I know ever used it for making more sales.
I never hoped to say anything bad but now I am in a different seat where I got more knowledge of other agents that left EXP.
It is an American Based real estate company that are focused on the US market.
