      This company has a great profit share and stock options. Brokers fees are not expensive as well.

      Simple place to hang your license

      Pros

      Easy to get set up with and hang your license. Some benefits and a ton of resources. There are really good teams within the brokerage.

      Cons

      You have to go and get whatever you're looking for. Guidance and training is limited to who you work with and what you seek out.
