      Pros

      Top tier benefits and the leadership team is transparent and they also listen to the employee needs and wants and adjust to make the company very competitive. Work schedule is flexible which is one of the best things about this job.

      Cons

      Ever changing industry so always a lot of changes to adjust to. If you aren't good with change this is not the industry for you. Salary could be more competitive.
