Pros

100% remote, no micro-managing, awesome co-worker. It's a decent paycheck until the next job come along.

Cons

Lack of processes and procedures. High staff turnover. Top heavy, only those at the top are treated to bonuses/perks. Will not get recognized for your hard work. Hard to balance work life - long work hours. Forget taking a vacation, no one to handle the "need immediately"while you are off.

Thank you so much for taking time to write a review. As you mention, there are some great benefits, such as flexibility to work remote and great coworkers, and I'm glad to hear you enjoy these aspects of work with eXp. I’m so sorry to hear that your workload makes you feel like you can’t take time away. We have flexible time off benefits for our staff, want staff to take time off if they need it and also want all staff to feel empowered to talk to managers, HR or leaders or to use How's My Driving (ENPS) surveys to share anonymous feedback so we can continue to improve the way we do things. I have shared your feedback with Accounting leaders, but if you feel comfortable to talk to your own manager or HR, I urge you to do so. Thank you again for your review, eXp People Team

Pros

Excellent collaboration, mostly good people

Cons

The training is NOT free, pay monthly “Technology fees”, managing broker is more like a “boss”, stock crashing (wonder why CEO sold his at $15+), Zero say in company direction, fees kept changing with little notice, forced E&O (my state required agents get their own), no brand recognition. After the mountain of fees, commission split isn’t very good. BTW, it’s NOT 80/20 after all the fees.
