      The entire company is based online, all the meetings, training, and brokers are online. This means quick and easy access to answer your questions.

      Cons

      Sometimes you do prefer talking to someone in person and this isnt available.

      Revenue Share, opportunity to make extra money on people you bring to the company. The technology is top notch and availability of resources virtually allow for much more efficient ways to get things answered and done.

      Cons

      If you need to face to face interaction with people, join a local team so you can get that comradery.
