      Great access to information and manager brokers User friendly information Unlimited digital resources Up to date market information Web based systems that you can access without taking your computer everywhere!

      Cons

      Not a physical office in Tampa where you can go for team building, but you have events during the year where you can get to do that and so much more!

      Very supportive, no issues. Have had many pleasant interactions with support staff.

      I don't really have any cons, except that real estate is a tough business to make a living with.
