      As someone who likes a lot of guidance, I'm glad exp offers so much training and resources.

      Cons

      The cost of joining any brokerage and paying dues is too high in my opinion

      Taking "All Inclusive" to a whole new level

      Pros

      Up on the latest technology, there are so many people willing to help and classes to help you learn all the time.

      Cons

      They forced me to take a class that told me I was born a racist and that I needed to change my ways. The class was required while I was a full time employee with them, not as a realtor.
