      I really appreciate all the support my reviewing brokers offer. They are there to answer any questions, give support or advice.

      Cons

      I wish there were more opportunities to meet in person and build agent camaraderie.

      There are really no cons. The advice given would be to make sure that you are disciplined when it comes to working in a virtual environment as it can present some work-life balance challenges.
